This is a very light canal view apartment (approx. 90 m2 / 970 sq.ft) on the 2nd floor (2 stairs up; no lift). The spacious living room has a wall of south-facing windows with a fabulous view overlooking the Singel Canal. The kitchen is semi-open to the living room with built-in Siemens appliances. The elegant bathroom has a shower and bath, toilet and a bidet. The bedroom which is at the back of the apartment, is very quiet and has a large window.
-The living room is furnished with an L-shaped couch, a television (with cable), stereo and a DVD/CD player. There's a working gas fireplace.

- The kitchen, supplied with dishes and utensils for 6 people, is equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, full-sized Siemens oven and dishwasher and all other necessary supplies.

- The bathroom has a shower and bathtub, toilet and bidet. There's a heated towel rack and a hairdryer is provided.
- There's a separate washer and dryer in the apartment.

- The bedroom is at the back, which assures a quiet sleep and has a queen-sized bed that can be separated into 2 twins. There are built-in closets and a large window.

- A fixed phone line available
- Broadband internet (wireless, ADSL) is in the apartment
- There is an iPod/iPhone docking station.

- This is a strictly non-smoking apartment.


Beds and bedrooms

The apartment has one bedroom, with a queen size bed, which may be separated into twins (if the bed is not separated there is a special mattress to prevent that there is a split in the middle).

The maximum number of persons is 2 for this apartment (children are unfortunately not allowed).

Prices are all-inclusive: utilities, weekly cleaning, towels, bed linen, internet connection, all taxes are also included (use of phone line will be billed separately).
