This apartment with canal view has a living room, a bathroom, a semi-separate kitchen and a separate bedroom.
Special about the apartment is its bay window, permitting you to look left and right over the picturesque Raamgracht canal.
There is a washer, dryer, stereo equipment with video player, dvd player (there are a few dozen dvd's and videos in the apartment), tv (with 72cm screen) in the living room and another tv in the bedroom.

The kitchen is equipped with convection oven, fridge, separate freezer, microwave, gas cooker, dishwasher and all kitchen utensils you need, including the coffeemaker.

In the living room is a high quality sofa bed, that comfortably sleeps 2 persons.
