This canal side apartment has a one bedroom layout. It is practically ground floor (about 5-6 steps below street level), which makes it suitable for a small child, or for people who have trouble with walking stairs.

It has been recently designed by architect Meischke.

The bedroom offers a comfortable queensize double bed.

The sofa in the living can be turned into a very comfortable bed.There is yet another foldingbed available in the closet.

There is a nice antique dining table and a1 7th century big storing box.

The bathroom and shower are separate.

A baby cot is available.

The kitchen is fully equipped  (all kitchen utensils, oven/microwave, dishwasher, washmachine/dryer)

On the technical side you will find a color tv, stereo, dvd/cd (with a small library of DVD's and CD's), a phone and an access point for unlimited broadband internet access (fixed or WiFi).
