This Amsterdam apartment is on three floors in the back of this house (dating from 1650), which makes this a very quiet place. It has  a nice roof terrace with a typically Dutch view overlooking the old rooftops of central Amsterdam.

The whole house is kept in style with its original setup of 1650. This means the wooden beams of the roof and the staircases were left intact, when it was modernized by the architect who now lives in the building. The original details give the apartment a special, romantic ambiance.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with shower, no bathtub), a roof terrace, a living room and a kitchen.
The kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave, a dish washer, a water cooker, a coffee maker and a bread toaster. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. A hair dryer is provided.

The living room has a tv and a stereo system with a dvd/cd player.

A broadband internet connection (ADSL) is included in the apartment.
Phone connection is not provided.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Smoking is only allowed on the roof terrace (this also goes for marihuana).

Beds and bedrooms

The apartment has two double bedrooms, both with non-separable beds of 1.60 x 2.00 meter (5'3'' by 6'7''). One bedroom is on the main floor, and one in the attic.

The couch in the livingroom can be converted into a comfortable single bed.

From both bedrooms you can go to the bathroom without disturbing the privacy of the other bedroom.

A baby crib is available.
