Layout and Amenities (All our properties have at least these facilities. There are no exceptions for this apartment.) This apartment has (see more description in text below):
Two bedroom apartment with canal view on the Prinsengracht.The Prinsengracht B apartment consists of 2 floors; kitchen and living on the first floor (above ground floor) and on the second floor, 2 bedrooms with bathroom in between them. Both floors have windows that open wide onto the canal in the front and balconies off the back.-The living room is furnished with a leather couch and chairs, a television with VCR, a stereo DVD and CD player. - The balcony is about 7 m2, large enough to sit 2 people comfortably, with place for a small table. The balcony is at the back of the apartment, getting sun all day long. - Fast internet (always-on, wireless broadband internet) - The kitchen, supplied with dishes and utensils for 6 people, is equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, convection / micro-wave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and all other necessary supplies. - The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bathtub, hairdryer is provided. - There's a washer/dryer and a phone line is available. - Living and bedroom have flat screen tv. - There is an iPod/iPhone docking station. - The apartment is strictly non-smoking Beds and bedrooms - The master bedroom with queen size bed (or 2 twins) has a balcony at the back (if the bed is not separated there is a special mattress to prevent that there is a split in the middle). - The small bedroom on the canal side (with canal view) has a single bed with a pop-up trundle (it can become 2 single beds, that can be pushed next to each other). Pushed together, the beds become a double bed (1.40 wide). If made for a couple, a pad is placed under the sheets to make the split disappear. This bedroom does not have much space. If the 2 beds are placed apart, there is a walking space in the middle. A babycot is available in this apartment. |
