Two bedroom apartment with canal view on the Prinsengracht.

This is a very spacious Prinsengracht apartment with canal view (approx. 125 m2 / 1,345 sq.ft.) on 2 floors (US counting: 2nd and 3rd floor, otherwise 1st and 2nd floor); large kitchen, separate dining and living rooms are on the lower floor and upstairs are 2 double bedrooms with bathroom, with separate bathtub and shower in between them and a separate toilet. Both floors have windows that open wide onto the canal in the front and the back overlooks the gardens. There is a small roof terrace.

-The living room is furnished with a leather couch and chairs, a television with stereo, DVD and CD player.

- The kitchen, supplied with dishes and utensils for 6 people, is equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, an oven and a microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and all other necessary supplies.

- The bathroom has a shower and bathtub, hairdryer is provided. The toilet is separate.

- The front bedroom is very spacious and has a canal view. It has a king size bed that can be separated into 2 twins. The second bedroom, overlooking the garden has a queen size bed, and a television.

- washer/dryer and a phone line is available.
- wireless ADSL (fast internet) is included
- There is an iPod/iPhone docking station.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking.

The first bedroom has a king size bed (separable into twins).

This apartment has a strict maximum of 4 persons. Children are welcome over the age of 12 (or babies).
