This is a 1 bedroom apartment in the Jordaan area, which is complete ground floor. This apartment gets lots of light, as light comes in from both sides of the apartment.

The kitchen has all utensils, a dish washer, a fridge, a combined oven/micro wave, a coffee machine and a water cooker. Basic foodstuffs such as herbs, salt, sugar etc. are supplied. There electric cooker has 2 burners to cook on.

The living room has a tv, a video and a dvd/cd player. The dinner table has 4 chairs.

The apartment has just been completely renovated to a modern and luxurious standard.

The floor is made of imported high quality Chinese basalt tiles, with floor heating throughout the apartment.

The (private) entrance gives direct access to the street from the living room.

The living room / dining area is at the street side (here are also the kitchenette and the bathroom). The bedroom is at the back-side of the apartment, which can be closed off from the living room with large wooden doors.

Beds and bedrooms

The bedroom has a long, high quality bed (non-separable, 1.60m x 2.10 m / 5'3" x 6'11").  The bed has one single mattress, with no split in the middle.

The bedroom can be darkened on one side by black curtains, on the other side by the large wooden doors.

The sofas in the living room may be made as a comfortable single beds, allowing 2 more persons to sleep in the apartment. It should be noted that the living room is at the street side. Although Noorderkerkstraat is just a small street with no major traffic, noise from the street of cars or people passing by could be heard.

A baby bed is available (65cm x 1.2 meter, so big enough for children up to 4).
 

* Price is based on 1-2 persons. For an extra person, please add € 40 per person per night or € 250 per week. There is a maximum of 4 persons for this apartment.

Special children rate: with bookings of a minimum of 5 nights, 1 child up to 2 years stays for free, and 1 child up of 2-5 years stays for 50% of the price.

Prices are inclusive of taxes, towels and bed linen.
