This apartment gets lots of light, and has a very nice view on the Leidsegracht canal, one of the 17th century canals in the centre of Amsterdam.

The apartment has high ceilings.

The living room gives access to the small balcony, that gives you a beautiful view of the Leidsegracht canal. It faces South-East, and gets the morning sun and most of the day.

The kitchen is separate, and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric stovetop, coffee machine, water cooker as well as all other necessary utilities.

- There is a CD/DVD player and a TV in the living room, as well as in the bedroom.

- The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and the toilet. The toilet is separate, in the hallway.

- There is a high capacity wireless internet connection in the apartment (you bring your own laptop).
- An iron and ironing board are in the apartment
- A hair dryer is in the apartment

The fireplaces in the living room and the bed room do not work.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed in this apartment.
Children are welcome above the age of 12.

Basic kitchen necessities like coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. are provided.

Public transport situation:
On the close-by Leidseplein you will find tram lines 1, 2 and 5, that go to Central Station.
Trams 7 and 10 go to Amsterdam East.


Beds and bedrooms

The master bedroom has a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.20 m - 5'11" x 6'7" - non-separable).

In the linen room there is a rather small fold-out bed (1.90 x 1.20 m - 6'2" x 3'11"). It just fits between the walls, so this bed is definitely not for tall people.

A baby cot is not available (a child is welcome above the age of 12).
 

Prices are based on 1-2 persons. Please add € 40 per night, or € 250 per week (€ 500 per month) for an extra person.
Prices include taxes, towels, bed linen and regular cleaning (weekly, for stays longer than a week).
