Floor: 'souterrain' - few steps below street level surface: 40 m2 / 650 sq.ft

This apartment is located in the renovated 'souterrain' part of a 17th century canal house. Souterrains are typical for old Amsterdam houses, and are nowadays often used for apartments.

- The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, gas stovetop, coffee machine as well as all other necessary utilities.

- There is a CD/DVD player in the living room as well as a tv.
- A hair dryer is provided in the apartment.

- The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

- There is wireless internet in the apartment. An Apple computer is provided, but you can also connect your own laptop. Connecting with a cable instead of wireless is also possible.

Two bicycles are included (with optional children seat for each bike, so that you can transport a small child safely on the back of the bikes).

Smoking is allowed.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in this apartment.

Basic kitchen necessities like coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. are provided.

A high-chair (for small children to sit at the table) is available.

Beds and bedrooms

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with 2 mattresses (1.60m x 2.00 m - 5'3" x 6'6" - non-separable). The matresses are of the (high quality) brand Auping, and are electrically adjustable in various positions.

At the back of the apartment is a (small) extra bedroom (closed off with a door from the rest of the apartment), with 2 beds. One bed is quite small: 1.50 x 0.80 meter (4'11" x 2'8"), and only suitable for a child.
The other bed is 2 x 0.80 meter (6'6" x 2'8").

A baby bed is available.

This apartment has a maximum of 2 adults.

Per week	€ 850

Prices are based on 1-2 persons. One child below 5 stays for free.
Please add € 40 per night, or € 250 per week for an extra person.
Prices include taxes, towels, bed linen and regular cleaning.
