This apartment gets lots of light, and has a spectacular view on no less than 2 canals.

- The kitchen is fully equipped with refridgerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas stovetop, juice shaker, Nespresso coffee machine as well as all other necessary utilities.

- There is a CD/DVD player in the living room as well as a tv.

- The bathroom (has a bathtub (shower has large shower head) and the toilet. There is floorheating in the bathroom.

- There is wireless internet in the apartment (you bring your own laptop).
- An iron and ironing board are in the apartment
- A hair dryer is in the apartment
- There is a fan in the apartment (plus there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom).

This is a strictly non-smoking apartment.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in this apartment.
Children are welcome above the age of 15.

Basic kitchen necessities like coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. are provided.

Beds and bedrooms

The master bedroom has a double bed (1.60m x 2.00 m - 5'3" x 6'6" - non-separable).

The couch in the livingroom can be converted into a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m - 5'3" x 6'6").

A babycot is not available (children are welcome above the age of 15).
 

Minimum stay is 5 nights. Prices are based on 1-2 persons. Please add € 40 per night, or € 250 per week (€ 500 per month) for an extra person.
Prices include taxes, towels, bed linen and regular cleaning.
