This large (approx. 145 m2) penthouse apartment (sorry, no lift, but very easy stairs) is on the 3rd floor (top) of the building and has a large balcony that runs the whole width of the apartment as well as a large roof terrace!

The apartment gets lots of light, with windows on the front and back and nothing to obstruct them. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the apartment.

The layout:
