Located across the front of the building, with 4 large windows overlooking the canal from both living and bedroom, this 85m² (±850 ft²) apartment is light and spacious, with 3 meter high ceilings.

- The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, large oven, gas stovetop as well as all other necessary utilities.

- There is a CD/cassette player, flat screen television and dvd player in the living room, and a television in the bedroom.

- The marble bathroom has a (separate) shower and bathtub and there is a separate toilet.
Telephone connection available.

- There is wireless ADSL (broadband) internet in the apartment (you bring your own laptop)
- There is an iPod/iPhone docking station.

This is a strictly non-smoking apartment.

Beds and bedrooms

The bedroom has a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00 m - 5'11" x 6'6" - non-separable).
The daybed/couch in the living room can sleep 1 person.

Prices are based on 1-2 persons. Please add € 250 per week (€ 500 per month) for an extra person.
Prices include taxes (VAT & Tourist Tax), towels, bed linen and weekly cleaning (cleaning can be less often in case of discounts).
Nights above a week are calculated as the week price divided by 7.
