This is a lovely, sunny Amsterdam apartment (60 m2 / 700 sq ft), elegantly furnished. It has high ceilings, with original 18th century beams throughout the apartment.

The apartment has 2 large balcony doors that open to the inside, with a view on to the canal. The apartment faces South, so it gets sun all day.

In front of the house is a mooring place for boats, which you can also use by putting a few chairs on and watch the boats go by.

- The open plan kitchen has everything you need: cooking facilities, a combined microwave/oven, fridge, kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, coffeemaker, bread toaster, etc.
- There is a TV and a stereo system with cd player, DVD (region free) and video player.

The apartment has a bathroom (no bathtub) with toilet.

The livingroom has an extra sofa bed (the white bed that you can see in the corner), so that a maximum of 4 persons can be accommodated.

The bedroom is at the back of the apartment, you can't hear traffic there. This part of the canal is not a through going street, there is hardly any traffic, so it is very quiet anyway.

The apartment has its own entrance. Behind the entrance door is a small staircase (10 steps) that leads to the apartment.

- broadband internet connection (wireless, but a cable is also available to plug into your laptop) is provided in the apartment.

The apartment is non-smoking.

Beds and bedrooms

The bedroom has a queen-size bed (2 m x 1.60 / 6'5" x 5'3"), that can be separated into 2 singles. It is located in the back of the apartment.

An extra sofa bed for one person is available in the livingroom (the white bed in the corner; 2 m x 1.60 m / 6'5" x 5'3") , as well as a babycot. The livingroom can be darkened properly, with non-transparent darkening blinds.

For an extra person, please add €40 per person per night or €250 per week.

Special children rate: with bookings of a minimum of 5 nights, 1 child up to 2 years stays for free, and 1 child up of 2-5 years stays for 50% of the price.
