The Brouwersgracht canal was voted the 'most beautiful street' of Amsterdam in 2007 (by readers of Het Parool, Amsterdam's main local newspaper). It is one of the most picturesque canals in Amsterdam.

The livingroom is on the canal side, and the bedroom is at the back of the apartment with double doors that open to a French balcony.

- The living space is approximately 66m2 (±690 ft2) which is divided between the bedroom, the open kitchen/living room and the large bathroom.

- The designer kitchen is supplied with dishes and utensils for 6 people, fully equipped with a refrigerator, convection oven and dishwasher.

- The comfortable bedroom has a queen-sized bed (cannot be separated). There are inset wall closets, a large desk and a television in the bedroom.

- The living room has an L-shaped lounge couch, a comfortable leather armchair, a flat screen digital television, DVD player and a CD player/radio.
